2. Crafting Invitations: The event's success hinged on the attendees, and to ensure their presence, I, along with my team, meticulously prepared invitation letters. Our comprehensive approach extended to managing a Google Form that streamlined the registration process, ensuring that all information was accurate and accessible.

3. Showcasing Excellence: I harnessed the power of visual communication by crafting a captivating short video. This video served as a glimpse into the upcoming event, capturing the essence of what Connect Asia 2023 aimed to achieve. The video was poised to impress and set the tone for the event, including a presentation to the esteemed Media and Communication Minister.

4. Technical Expertise: On the event day, my responsibilities extended to managing the technical department. From slide presentations to e-backgrounds and carefully curated songs, I ensured that the event's technical aspects were flawlessly executed, contributing to the overall immersive experience.

5. Mentoring for Success: Beyond the logistics and technical aspects, I was also deeply involved in the event's core offering - the mentoring sessions. Guiding and facilitating interactions between registered participants and seasoned market players allowed me to contribute directly to the transformation of aspiring marketers.
